Enjoy a flat-water kayaking tour on the historic Champlain Canal and Hudson River. This adventure begins in Fort Miller and continues south for five miles to the quaint town of Schuylerville. Along the way we’ll have the unique opportunity to experience the thrill of paddling through two modern day canal locks that lower us over 30 vertical feet. The Green Mountains of Vermont lie off in the distance with scenic farmland and rolling pastures in the foreground. The combination of water and the lush vegetation along the shoreline makes this a great destination for birding and wildlife viewing as we paddle between Saratoga and Washington Counties.
