Description: The Knickerbocker Mansion will be open for Mansion and Cemetery Tours. Colonial reenactors will have an encampment and cooking demonstrations. Snack bar & gift shop open.

Directions: Exit 24 of NY State Thruway, Route 87 North to Exit 9, Turn right at end of ramp onto Route 146 East to Mechanicville. Go straight through Mechanicville to Route 67 East. Go 3 miles on 67 East to Knickerbocker Road. Turn Left onto Knickerbocker Road. The Mansion is the first building on the right in 1/2 mile.

Special Notes: The historic Knickerbocker Mansion, nessled in a valley- the Vale of Peace, 2 miles from the Champlain Canal/ Hudson River is in its original setting of beautiful farming country and looks the way it looked 250 years ago. If you like history it doesn't get any better than this!
